MRICS Building Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor with strong technical expertise and a keen interest in dispute resolution and litigation support work.
Duties will include
* Conduct comprehensive building surveys of domestic/residential properties, including defect diagnosis and condition reporting
* Prepare clear, concise, and well-evidenced expert witness reports suitable for legal proceedings
* Produce Scott Schedules in relation to construction and property disputes
* Ensure all work complies with relevant professional standards and legal requirements
* Manage a caseload efficiently and meet strict deadlines
Skills & Experience
* MRICS qualified (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
* Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in building surveying
* Proven experience in residential property surveys and defect analysis
* Demonstrable experience in preparing expert witness reports and Scott Schedules
* Strong understanding of construction technology, building pathology, and relevant legislation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Full UK driving licence
