Key Responsibilities: Conduct building surveys, condition reports, and dilapidations assessments. Provide professional advice on building defects, maintenance, and refurbishment projects. Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to manage projects effectively. Prepare reports, specifications, and tender documentation. Mentor and support junior staff where required.
