The Role As an MRICS Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

\n Managing and delivering cost consultancy services across a variety of projects
\n
Providing cost planning, estimates, procurement advice and tender documentation
\n
Managing post-contract duties including valuations, variations and final accounts
\n
Working closely with clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service
\n
Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
\n MRICS qualified (essential)
\n
Strong consultancy experience, ideally with multi-sector exposure
\n
Confident client-facing abilities and excellent communication skills
\n
A proactive, motivated approach with a desire to grow and develop
\n
Ability to work collaboratively while managing your own workload
\n
\n
