KeyResponsibilities

  • Manageend-to-endoceanfreightshipments,includingimportandexportoperations
  • Coordinatemulti-modaltransportmovements(sea,road,andairwhererequired)
  • Completefullandaccuratecustomsentriesinlinewithcurrentregulations
  • Liaisewithshippinglines,hauliers,customsauthorities,andinternalteams
  • Provideexceptionalcustomerservice,actingasakeypointofcontactforclients
  • Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanyissuesordelays
  • Prepareandprocessinvoicingandbilling,ensuringaccuracyandtimeliness
  • Maintaincompliancewithallrelevantindustryandcustomsregulations

KeyRequirements

  • Provenexperienceinafreightforwarding
  • Strongoceanfreightknowledge(essential)
  • Experiencecompletingfullcustomsentriesindependently
  • Familiaritywithmulti-modaltransportoperations
  • Excellentcustomerserviceandcommunicationskills
  • Strongattentiontodetailandabilitytoworkunderpressure
  • Experiencewithbillingandinvoicingprocesses
  • Proficiencyinrelevantfreightandcustomssoftwaresystems
