About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Modal Operations Specialist to join the operations team in Bradford. This role will involve managing international shipments across ocean and air freight, with occasional involvement in road freight movements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong import and export ocean freight experience who is looking to broaden their exposure across multiple transport modes within a well-established and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments (FCL & LCL) for both imports and exports
Coordinate air freight shipments, including documentation and shipment tracking
Prepare and process shipping documentation in line with compliance requirements
Raise and process HAWBs and MAWBs where required
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and overseas agents
Monitor shipments and proactively provide updates to customers
