Key Accountabilities Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we delivery. Maximize contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service. Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams. Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members. To select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
