Overview B Kitchen is a fast-growing food retail business operating salad bars, fresh juice machines and hot counters within Tesco stores. With 23 stores currently trading and 20 new locations launching this year, we are looking for a strong Multi-Site Manager to lead performance across 5 London locations . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced food retail, understands multi-site operations, and can drive both standards and sales. The successful candidate must be happy to get hands on with supporting the team in daily operations where needed. All our products are sold through the Tesco till system so your main responsibility is to support and manage our kitchen teams, Key Responsibilities Full operational responsibility for 5 London stores
Drive sales, labour control and profitability across your region
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and Supervisors
Ensure high standards in food safety, compliance and brand execution
Deliver strong customer experience within the Tesco environment
Monitor KPIs including sales, waste, labour and like-for-like growth
Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Implement in-store campaigns, promotions and meal deal initiatives
Work closely with the Commercial and Senior Leadership teams
Be present in stores regularly leading from the front
Skills & Experience Proven experience in multi-site food retail or food-to-go
Strong leadership and people development skills
Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance through KPIs
Organised, hands-on and comfortable working in-store
Experience operating within a grocery retail environment (desirable)
Flexible and available to work Monday to Sunday as required
