Location: Worcester

Salary: £50,000

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights – 6am–6pm) Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer A great opportunity is now available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site operating within a fast-paced, highly automated environment. The business is a market leader within its sector and offers a strong platform for engineers looking to develop within modern manufacturing. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement activities and working across a range of automated production equipment to ensure maximum site performance and reliability. Sector – Factory Maintenance (FMCG) Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer • Engineering qualification

• Experience within a UK

manufacturing environment .

• Strong electrical capability Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer • Experience carrying out

PPM and reactive maintenance

• Strong fault-finding across

electrical and mechanical systems .

• Experience working on

automated production machinery .

• Experience supporting

continuous improvement and small project work .

• Ability to work alongside and manage

contractors on site .

• Strong understanding of

health & safety and food safety standards .

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with site standards. Desirable Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer • Experience within an

FMCG or food manufacturing environment .

• PLC fault finding experience (Siemens S7 desirable).

• Experience working on

conveyors, packing lines or process machinery . The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will benefit from: • Working for a
