Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, Dunstable, Bedford, Wellingborough
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating Days only
Initial shift: Fixed days with overtime at the weekends

About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a stable and growing manufacturing company. Initially, you will work a 5-day week with weekends off and picking up overtime on a sunday , transitioning to a 4 on 4 off rotating shift once the new site goes live in the New Year. Key Responsibilities
·Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of production equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery
·Breakdown Response: React promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain production flow
·PPM Activities: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance
·Technical Involvement: Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement; experience with PLCs is a bonus

Ideal Candidate
·Multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias
·Background in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential
