Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer Location: Somerset Salary: £53,000 (OTE £60,000+) Shift: 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights – 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am) Job Role of the Multi Skilled Engineer: A brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business in Somerset. This is an excellent chance to join a company that has invested heavily into its sites and continues to grow due to increased production demand.The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of production equipment. The role will involve working within a fast-paced environment, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime and supporting overall site performance.You will also contribute to continuous improvement activities and engineering projects, helping to drive efficiency across the business. Sector – Factory Maintenance: This business operates within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
