What You'll Earn

\n £46,000 basic salary
\n
Overtime paid at:

o 1.33x weekdays = £30.56/hr o 1.5x Saturdays = £34.47/hr o 2x Sundays = £45.96/hr
Realistic earnings: £55K-£65K+ Top earners: £70K+
The Role
You'll be working on large CNC and manual machine tools, carrying out:
\n
\n Installation & commissioning
\n
Service, maintenance & breakdowns
\n
Machine alignment & fault diagnosis
\n
Gearbox and machining head work (including bevel gear meshing)
\n
\n
This is a customer-facing role, working across:
\n
\n Small precision engineering shops
\n
Large blue-chip manufacturing sites
\n
\n
Travel across the UK (South Wales to Scotland) Occasional international travel (USA / France)
What We're Looking For
\n
\n Strong background in machine tool servicing (CNC & manual)
\n
Confident with mechanical fitting, alignment, and fault finding
\n
Experience with:
\n
\n
o Machine tool alignment (key skill) o Gearbox / bevel gear setup (key skill)
\n
\n Able to read engineering drawings & schematics
\n
Comfortable working independently and on-site with customers
\n
Flexible to travel and stay away when required
\n
\n
