Location: Blackpool, Fylde, Preston, Southport, Morecambe & Lancaster Sector: Domestic Social Housing Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our growing team covering the Blackpool, Fylde, Preston, Southport, Morecambe and Lancaster areas. This role involves working within the domestic social housing sector, carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks in tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities: All aspects of joinery including doors, frames, skirting, kitchens, flooring, and roofing repairs Reactive maintenance and planned works Minor multi-trade tasks (patch plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, etc.) Working in occupied and void social housing properties Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer serviceWhat We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner Experience working in social housing (preferred) Skilled in patch plastering, basic plumbing and tiling Ability to work independently and manage workload Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Full UK driving licence (essential) CSCS card (preferred but not essential)What We Offer: Company van Work phone Power tools Uniform Full-time, secure employment Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Supportive team environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a sta...
