Multi-Skilled Engineer\n\nLocation: Coventry, Warwickshire \n Salary: £49,500 + 5% bonus\n Shifts: 4 on 4 off \n Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Start: ASAP\n\nThe Role:\n We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Engineers to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability across a large-scale food & beverage production site. You will be responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance, site utilities, and driving continuous improvement to support performance, safety, and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAttend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs.\nPerform planned and preventative maintenance across production and utilities.\nEnsure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.\nSupport shutdowns, inspections, and capital engineering projects.\nApply Lean principles (TPM, RCM, RCA, 5S, PDCA) to drive reliability and efficiency.\nWork collaboratively within engineering and production teams, coaching and supporting colleagues.Requirements:\n\nNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.\nStrong multi-skilled background with an electrical bias.\nExperience in FMCG / manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of PUWER, Electricity at Work, COSHH, and related regulations.\nExcellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.Benefits:\n\nMonthly product allowance (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options).\nPrivate medical options.\nLife assurance & enhanced pension contribution.\n5% company bonus scheme.\n24/7 GP services.\nGenerous holiday allowance (inc. bank holidays).\nHigh street discounts
