Job Description
NOTION4 is a nationwide property maintenance and construction services business delivering reactive and planned works across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial buildings.\n\nWe are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our Maintenance Division in and around the Midlands area\n\nThe role\nYou will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works across occupied domestic and commercial properties. The role will involve working independently on live jobs, delivering high-quality workmanship and representing NOTION4 professionally on site at all times.\n\nTypical works will include:\n\n * \n\n Plumbing repairs and minor installations\n\n * \n\n Plastering and patch repairs\n\n * \n\n Painting and decorating\n\n * \n\n General multi-trade and handyman duties\n\nYou will be working across private homes, tenanted properties, social housing and commercial premises.\n\nExperience and requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative\n\n * \n\n Strong experience in plumbing, plastering, painting and general maintenance work\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n * \n\n Reliable, punctual and hard-working\n\n * \n\n Comfortable working in occupied and tenanted properties\n\nWhat we offer\n\n * \n\n Company van\n\n * \n\n Fuel card\n\n * \n\n Company uniform\n\n * \n\n Company pension\n\nNOTION4’s Maintenance Division delivers reactive and planned maintenance services across residential and commercial environments throughout the UK, supporting both private and public-sector clients.\n\nIf you are an experienced and dependable multi-trade operative looking to join a growing maintenance business, we would like to hear from you
