The Role
As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be part of a multi‑disciplined team responsible for maintaining assets across a busy manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on maximising equipment uptime, responding rapidly to breakdowns, and driving long‑term reliability improvements.
You'll work closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify issues, carry out root cause analysis, and ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently and to the right quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Electrical, Mechanical, Control and Automation systems. Diagnose faults, test, repair and maintain a wide range of production equipment. Support site reliability initiatives including RCA, failure mode analysis and improvement actions. Participate in continuous improvement activities and maintenance KPI delivery.
