This is more than a reactive maintenance role. You'll be a key part of a site that actively promotes Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI), giving you the opportunity to influence reliability strategy, drive improvements, and play a hands-on role in enhancing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
