MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer for a permanent position based in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable engineer who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately within a fast-paced operational environment.

The successful candidate will join a professional engineering team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising equipment and facilities to ensure maximum reliability and performance. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through proactive maintenance and rapid fault resolution.

In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation:

Maintaining, repairing, and servicing plant, building, and equipment.
Utilising your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns.
Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise the equipment and processes.
Participating in preventative maintenance
Participate in reactive maintenance
Working with the engineering team and other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday

Mornings and Evening shifts

Plenty of overtime on the weekends

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of automation, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Own tools.
A flexible and adaptable work style, as the role requires working shifts (including evenings and weekends) as needed.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
