Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Mansfield Salary: £52,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights)
An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team at a busy production site in Mansfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary and a balanced shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery
Diagnose and fault-find on both electrical and mechanical systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment efficiency
Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
Work collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
Requirements:
Multi-skilled background with both electrical and mechanical competencies
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern
