Maintenance Engineer
Location: Wrexham
Salary: £47200 per annum
Shifts: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) – 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
Holiday: 28 days

The Role:

Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of production machinery
*
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime
*
Perform fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems
*
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure equipment operates at optimum efficiency
*
Work closely with the Engineering Team Leader and production staff to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
*
Time-served or formally qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3, ONC, HNC or equivalent)
*
Multi-skilled, ideally with a good balance of mechanical and electrical experience
*
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment
*
Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern including days and nights
*
A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
