Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Building Services Location: Cannon Street, London Salary: Up to £45,000 Working Hours: 10:00am - 19:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Alice Rose Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established facilities team based in Cannon Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with a strong mechanical and electrical background to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues across tenanted floors.
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
* Ensure all mechanical and electrical equipment operates to optimum performance levels.
* Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, covering both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* Issue permits as per company policies and ensures safety procedures are followed.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and building management to ensure smooth operations.
* Carry out modifications and installations as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role (mechanical/electrical).
* A minimum of NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in relevant engineering or maintenance disciplines.
