Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer 4 on 4 off Permanent NIGHTS Salary £53,390 (after probationary period) We are looking for a confident Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our clients busy Distribution Centre in Corby As part of the permanent NIGHTS team you will play a critical role troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems during overnight operations. With the team you will be responding to breakdowns and manage a schedule of planned maintenance on a wide of material handling equipment, conveyors, monorail, palletisers to name a few. Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) during night shifts Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out effective repairs Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across machinery and systems Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before failure Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards Liaise with day teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of work Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required Strong Attention to details Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating with colleagues and external partners. Confident working at Heights Skills and Qualifications Required for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical and electrical engineering Previous experience in a maintenance role within the Engineering Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices. Experience with CMMS systems.
