Daventry | Monday - Friday 5:30am-2:00pm OR 10:30am-7:00pm | 40 hours per week | overtime available | £49,000 + bonus + Excellent benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large, highly respected food manufacturing client with an outstanding track record for quality, stability, and employee engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for aMulti-Skilled Engineerto join a collaborative engineering team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role as MS Engineer:

  • ensuring maximum uptime
  • maintaining production equipment
  • supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site

The successful Multi-skilled Engineer will have:

  • Time served engineer or recognised engineering qualifications
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • Proven experience within the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical fault-finding ability
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible to provide cover across shifts during holidays
