Multi-Skilled Site Engineer - Up to £50,000 Location: Fenchurch Street Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Split Shift (06:00–15:00 / 09:00–18:00)
Alice Rose Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Site Engineer to join a professional engineering maintenance team on a high-profile commercial building in Fenchurch Street.
Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, this role will suit a technically strong, hands-on engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience, capable of delivering a first-class Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance service within a critical commercial environment. Flexibility is essential, as occasional works may be required outside of normal working hours to maintain business continuity.
Multi-Skilled Site Engineer Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Skilled Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of all building services systems on site, while maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems
* Taking ownership of ensuring all scheduled PPMs are completed on time
* Fault finding, maintenance, and optimisation of building services plant
