About the Job: We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in the building maintenance industry and a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial or residential environment. Duties will include but not limited to: General Maintenance Duties General Carpentry General Plumbing Repairs to furniture Minor Decorating/Painting Installation of shelves Installation of window restrictors Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works. Completion of work sheets via our mobile app This is a mobile role Required qualifications and experience: expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements. Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors. A HSE understanding Full UK Drivers License (not essential) Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service. xehkeey Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent Must be willing to have the company obtain a security screening certificate which will be paid for by the company Job type: Permanent and Full Time Date: April 2026 Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 per annum The Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Companys business.
