Full Time, Permanent

40 hours per week - Shift pattern of 11:30-20:00 on four weekdays (to be confirmed prior to appointment), plus every Saturday 08:00–16:30

We have an exciting position available for a Multiskilled Painter and Decorator to join us!

You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service, working to a ‘Right First Time’ approach by completing repairs efficiently and wherever possible, in a single visit. You’ll carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal works across all One Manchester owned and managed properties, including both tenanted and vacant homes.

What we’re looking for:

* Completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ Level 2 qualification.

* Demonstrable competency in painting and decorating (core trade) with additional experience in plumbing, plastering, joinery and tiling.

* Working knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and CDM regulations.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, delivering high standards of customer service.

* Full UK driving licence
