Are you a skilled Refrigeration Engineer looking for a role that rewards your technical expertise and offers a clear path for professional growth?
We are looking for a dedicated Multi Skilled Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer to join an established team. In this role, you won't just be "fixing fridges"-you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of complex heavy commercial and industrial systems, including CO2, Freon, and Chilled Water applications.
The Role
Working alongside Service Supervisors and Senior Engineers, you will ensure clients' systems are running at peak efficiency. Your day-to-day will involve:
Preventative Maintenance: Servicing large-scale systems to meet rigorous site operating requirements.
Diagnostic Excellence: Identifying and resolving complex system failures using approved methods.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Service Admin team and Senior Engineers to deliver high-specification results.
Safety Leadership: Ensuring all work is carried out under safe systems of work and within current Health and Safety guidelines.
What You Bring to the Team
We are looking for an engineer with at least 5 years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial environments who can work effectively without supervision.
Essential Requirements:
Certifications: City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) and CO2 qualification.
Safety & Compliance: CSCS Card, up-to-date COSHH knowledge, and a commitment to H&S protocols.
Technical Savvy: A thorough understanding of electrical controls and refrigeration principles.
Practical Skills: Full driving licence, IT literacy, and the ability to operate Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWP).
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management, and the ability to lead when required.
Ammonia experience is not essential, but if you have it, we definitely want to hear about it!

Standby Fee: £225.00 per week.
