I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Carpentry Bias) this role will be: NW5 3AP

The right candidate will:

To carry out building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements within a multitude of trade disciplines ranging from routine reactive repairs to large scale programmed refurbishment work and occupational therapy adaptations in occupied and void housing properties and other Council owned premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

About the role

1. All aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals and refurbishment work and planned works. Competent to a high standard in both quality and output in a minimum of two or more trade disciplines, inclusive but not exclusive of:

Plumbing and/or jetting

Carpentry and/or joinery

Wet Trades - Plastering, Tiling, Paving, Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating

Roofing

Floor laying

Glazing
