Multi-Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry & UPVC

Location: Harlow, Essex Rate: £22.00 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Start: ASAP We're currently recruiting on behalf of a respected social housing contractor based in Harlow, Essex. They're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson with a strong background in carpentry and UPVC repairs, particularly on windows and front doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, well-established team handling both emergency and planned maintenance in occupied properties. The role offers stability, a competitive umbrella rate, and a company van.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in carpentry and UPVC repairs (windows, doors, locks) Comfortable working independently and responding to emergency call-outs Full UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience in social housing or domestic maintenance (preferred)
