*Multi-Trade Joiner – Social Housing (Long-Term Contracts)*

We are looking for a skilled and reliable *Multi-Trade Joiner* to join our team, working on long-term contracts within the social housing sector across Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on stable, ongoing projects involving a wide range of planned maintenance and refurbishment works. You’ll carry out core joinery tasks alongside additional multi-trade duties such as patch plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery with proven multi-trade experience in both occupied and vacant social housing properties.

*Key Responsibilities*

* 1st and 2nd fix joinery (doors, skirting, architraves, window boards) * Kitchen and bathroom fitting, including units, worktops, and trims * Hanging and replacing internal/external doors and locks * Basic plumbing adjustments (e.g., fitting taps, waste pipes, and isolation valves) * Patch plastering and making good walls/ceilings after repairs * Wall and floor tiling to bathrooms and kitchens * Supporting full bathroom refurbishments as part of a wider team * Ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care

*Candidate Requirements*

* Minimum 4 years’ experience in domestic joinery & multi-trade works * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred but not essential) * Valid UK driving licence and own transport * Own tools (essential) * CSCS card (desirable) * Good knowledge of health & safety practices * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and customer service skills
