Responsibilities- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on social housing (Bathrooms) Using a variety of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing and masonry. Ensure that work is carried out to a professional standard, adhering to building regulations, codes of practice or best practice. Skills required- Minimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades. Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales. Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties. Full Driving licence (clean) Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
