MULTI TRADE OPERATIVE / SOCIAL HOUSING (SCOTTISH BORDERS)

Day Rate:£240£260 per day (CIS / Ltd, depending on experience)
Location:Scottish Borders (Galashiels & surrounding areas)
Start Date:Immediate / ASAP (flexible tomorrow, weekend or early next week)
Duration:Short-term remedial works initially, withfurther work available

Were supporting a retrofit delivery partner who urgently needs a skilled finisher to completesnagging and airtightness remedial worksfollowing inspection.

This isnotgeneral building andnotfull installs its detail-focused finishing work in completed properties.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Resealing internal window junctions
  • Sealing around sockets, service penetrations and pipework
  • Minor plaster making-good where disturbed by sealing works
  • Internal snagging and finishing tasks
  • Leaving properties clean and tidy
  • Taking clear completion photos

What Were Looking For

? Proven experience as a Finisher / Multi-Trade Operative
? Strong attention to detail and tidy finishes
? Comfortable working independently
? Reliable and professional approach
? Own tools and transport
? Able to cover theScottish Borders / South-East Scotland

Retrofit or snagging experience beneficial but not essential.
