Job Title: Multi Trade Operative Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Sector: Property Services Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: £18.60 - £23.62 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join the team of a leading housing association. This role involves working across a variety of tasks, including responsive repairs, void works, and specialist trade duties. You will also be responsible for carrying out essential damp and mould repairs, helping to ensure properties remain safe and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within occupied homes such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work. Maintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specifications.Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (manual) Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)Benefits:
