Temp to Perm Opportunity
£35,000 per annum (Permanent)
£18 per hour PAYE | £23 per hour CIS (Temporary)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, covering Exeter, Tiverton and North Devon.

This role will focus primarily on Reactive Maintenance within residential properties.

The Role

* Carrying out reactive maintenance works in occupied properties

* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently

* Delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades

* Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety standards

* Providing excellent customer service

Trade Bias

Candidates must be either:

* Plumbing biased, or

* Carpentry biased

You should be confident completing a range of associated multi-trade tasks alongside your core trade.

Requirements

* Proven experience in reactive maintenance

* Relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)

* Ability to work independently and manage workload

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
