Multi Trade Operative:

A family run, highly reputable business established for over 50 years are looking for quality multi trade operative for assisting us in the delivery of insurance reinstatement works (domestic properties) across the East Midlands region. We have secured new contracts and we need to strengthen our team to continue to deliver quality works.

As the Multi Trader we would expect any applicant to be able to deliver at least 3 of the following trades to the highest standard:

* All aspects of first and second fix carpentry including bespoke kitchens

* Bathroom Fitting.

* Plastering

* Plumbing and Electrics

* Tiling

* Flooring installations – All floor finishes inc solid wood flooring and glue down vinyl

* Brick / Blockwork

* Landscaping

* Basic Painting

The successful Multi Trade person will also meet the following criteria:

* Have your own van

* Have your own tools

* Have relevant industry experience and / or qualifications

* Hold suitable Public Indemnity Insurance

* Up to date DBS Check

Some benefits the Multi Trade person will receive ar as follows:

* £200 - £220 a day

* Travel Bonus Payments
