About the Role

We are currently seeking an experiencedMulti TradeOperative to join a contractor covering Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-employed Multi Trade Operative who is looking for consistent work, competitive rates, and stability.

Key Responsibilities for Multi Trade Operative:
Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
Completing basic plumbing works
Laying various types of flooring
general maintenance duties
Working across both tenanted and void properties
Requirements for Multi Trade 0perative:
Experiencedin a similar Multi Trade Operative role
Experience working within social housing environments
Proven ability to work in both void properties
Own tools and van
Benefits:
Competitive daily rate of up to £210
Weekly pay
Long-term, ongoing contract
