Temp to Perm role

Responsibilities

Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across multiple sites Complete basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) Perform safety checks (fire doors, water hygiene, emergency lighting) Handle maintenance requests through the helpdesk system Follow health & safety procedures and risk assessments Support contractors and ensure work is completed safely Maintain equipment and building systems Keep accurate records of work completedRequirements

Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred) Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance Good understanding of Health & Safety Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (fuel card provided) Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check Able to work alone and as part of a team Desirable

IPAF Health & Safety qualification First Aid

CSCS card Pay rate : £200 per day

Details

Hours: 8:00-17:00 or 8:00-16:30 Temp to perm role Van provided after probation 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension Overtime available
