As a Multi Trades Carpenter you will be:

Carry out full property inspections to identify required carpentry and multi-trade repairs before re-letting
Install, repair, or adjust door frames, linings, architraves, skirting boards, and ironmongery
Fit and repair kitchen units, worktops, plinths, and pelmets
Install or repair bathroom fixtures including bath panels and boxing-in pipework
Complete reactive maintenance tasks across trades including basic plumbing (tap changes, waste repairs), minor tiling, and patch plasteringI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Previous Multi trades experience within the social housing sector
A full UK driving licence
The ability to commute to and from site reliably
