Multi-Trades Required – Fire Stopping & Refurbishment
We are currently looking for experienced multi-trades to work on a fire stopping and refurbishment project in Brighton.
Location
Brighton – BN1 4BH
Duration
Up to 26 weeks
Start Dates
Staggered start dates depending on trade and phase of works
Rates
£150 – £230 per day (depending on experience and trade)
Trades Required
Multi-trades with experience in refurbishment and fire stopping works, including:
Carpenters
Dryliners / Taper Jointers
General Builders
Skilled Labourers
Operatives with fire stopping experience
Requirements
Valid CSCS card
Proven experience in refurbishment and/or fire stopping
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of site safety and compliance
Duties May Include
Fire stopping and sealing works
General refurbishment tasks
Basic carpentry and boarding
Making good and finishing works
Assisting specialist trades on site
