About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to join a long-term social housing contract covering Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-employed professional looking for consistent work, competitive rates, and stability.

Carpenter Multi Trade Key Responsibilities
Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
Completing basic plumbing works
Laying various types of flooring
Painting, decorating, and general maintenance duties
Working across both tenanted and void properties

Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements
Experiencedin a similar Multi Trade/Carpentry role
Experience working within social housing environments
Proven ability to work in both void and tenanted properties
Own tool
