We are seeking a multidisciplinary team secretary to join our administrative support team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance to the community mental health team. The successful candidate will be an efficient administrator, contributing significantly to the team’s functions through various administrative roles. The role involves working independently for much of the time, managing calls, emails, rotas, and diaries. Additionally, the post holder will support broader administrative duties within the team.

This position requires coverage across sites within West Dunbartonshire HSCP, including Goldenhill Older Adult Team and Cairnmhor Resource Centre, Dumbarton Joint Hospital. Job share applications are welcome.
