We are recruiting for the following vacancy…

Multi-Site Facilities Caretaker

You will need to be flexible, responsible and be proactive and responsive to maintenance and caretaking and have a keen eye for detail in order to meet our high standards.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

* Regularly inspecting sites and identifying and resolving any maintenance repairs to ensure a safe environment.

* Organising and scheduling equipment maintenance tasks.

* Responsibility for vehicle safety and hydro pool maintenance and safety.

* Working alongside the Health and Safety team to oversee development projects on site.

* Overseeing the Cleaners and managing cleaning operations to maintain building standards.

The Successful candidate will have:

* Experience of Caretaking Maintenance/Handyperson skills

* Being prepared to lone work and be a key holder

* Hold a full driving license and willing to drive to other centres

* Required to share responsibility of being On-Call for the sites

Salary: £32,000 pa
Hours: 40 hrs Monday – Friday, some split shifts. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when required – possibility of overtime.
