Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day. Provide strategic and operational leadership across both hotels. Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall financial performance. Maximise the success and evolution of the MAM concept Restaurant. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance. Act as a visible leader and ambassador for ibis, Novotel and Accor.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment. Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results. Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
