Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading Community Pharmacy groups in the search for a diligent multisite pharmacist to join their dynamic teams in the Portsmouth and Waterlooville areas. As a Multisite Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent pharmaceutical care and guidance across multiple pharmacy locations in your area. As well as providing a variety of services, the branches also utilises robotic distribution technology, freeing up your time to provide excellent patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
• Provide immunization services (where applicable)
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
• Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• One year+experience in a UK Community Pharmacy setting
• Full driving licence
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
• A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving

Location

This Community Pharmacy is based in Waterloovile and commutable from Portsmouth, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Worthing, Havant, Cosham, Petersfield, Liss, Liphook, Chichester, Fareham and Gosport.
