A Multi-Site Technical Manager opportunity for a business recently acquired by a leading, international food manufacturer. This position is an exciting challenge for the right candidate to operate across two of the business’ UK sites, with an illustrious package to match.

The Role As Multi-Site Technical Manager, you will: Oversee technical and quality compliance across multiple sites. Lead BRC and customer audit preparations, ensuring continued accreditation. Manage and mentor site technical teams to foster a high-performing culture. Liaise with major retail customers, managing technical expectations and relationships. Drive continuous improvement in quality systems, food safety, and hygiene. Lead crisis management and incident investigations where required. Ensure full compliance with legislative and customer requirements.

The Candidate The successful Multi-Site Technical Manager will have: Degree (or equivalent) in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. Significant experience in a senior technical role within the food manufacturing sector. Experience managing or supporting multiple sites.
