Responsibilities: Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works Requirements ECS Gold Card C&G Electrical & Inspection and Testing Full UK driving licence Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment Whats on Offer 24 days annual leave xehkeey (+ public holidays) Discount schemes with major retailers Gym membership discounts Cycle to work scheme Holiday purchase scheme Learning and development opportunities, including professional qualifications and training support Attractive employee referral rewards This is a permanent position, and Coleman James are acting as an Employment Agency
