Multiskilled Engineer Location: Bodmin Positions: x2 Hours: 1st Postion-Mon - Fri 7am - 4:30pm 2nd Position- Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing
? Responding to mechanical and electrical faults quickly to keep downtime to a minimum. ? Spotting issues before they become problems and delivering practical, effective fixes. ? Getting to know all areas of the factory and becoming a go-to expert. ? Working closely with production teams to understand their needs and deliver great service. ? Driving improvements using tools like 5S, SMED, TPM, CI and data-based decision-making. ? Ensuring all work meets quality standards, including CCPs, HACCP, core procedures, and customer specs. ? Following issues through to completion and sharing learnings with the team. ? Making sound engineering decisions that balance safety, efficiency, and production impact.
