Multiskilled Engineer Location: Bodmin Positions: x2 Hours: 1st Postion-Mon – Fri 7am – 4:30pm 2nd Position- Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5:30pm Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping production running smoothly? We're looking for a Multiskilled Engineer who's ready to make an impact, drive improvement, and be part of a supportive, high-performing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to be involved in real engineering challenges every day. What You'll Be Doing ? Responding to mechanical and electrical faults quickly to keep downtime to a minimum. ? Spotting issues before they become problems and delivering practical, effective fixes. ? Getting to know all areas of the factory and becoming a go-to expert. ? Working closely with production teams to understand their needs and deliver great service. ? Driving improvements using tools like 5S, SMED, TPM, CI and data-based decision-making. ? Ensuring all work meets quality standards, including CCPs, HACCP, core procedures, and customer specs. ?
