Multi-skilled Engineer

Currently working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Sleaford area who are looking to bring in a Multi-Skilled Engineer to strengthen their team.

If you're the kind of engineer who enjoys getting stuck in and thinking on your feet this could be a great fit.

You'll be a key part of the engineering team dealing with the below:

- Responding to breakdowns and getting production back up and running
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance
- Fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems
- Getting involved in continuous improvement work
- Working closely with production and other teams on site

What they're looking for:

- Multi-skilled (comfortable both mechanically and electrically)
- Level 3 qualification - ideally electrical but open
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG would be ideal. Food even better.
- A team player who communicates well with others on site

It's a solid opportunity which offers a stable environment with room to grow. You'll be working a days and nights shift pattern with regular overtime available for those who want to increase earnings.
