Multi-Skilled Joiner - Commercial FM | Yorkshire Permanent | £34,000 - £36,000 per annum Company Van + Fuel Card | Tools & Uniform Provided We're working with a leading Commercial Facilities Management company seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their mobile maintenance team across Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial sites, including offices, retail units, and public sector buildings. Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned and reactive joinery maintenance across commercial properties. Minor multi-trade tasks (basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, etc.). Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Providing excellent customer service while working on client sites. Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery. Experience in commercial maintenance or FM environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Full UK driving licence (essential). Basic knowledge of other trades is a bonus.What's in it for you:
