Multi-Skilled Joiner – Social Housing Repairs Location: Leeds Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Perm Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm (flexible)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs in occupied and void social housing properties Tasks may include door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen unit repairs, and basic plumbing or patch plastering Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements:
Proven experience in joinery within domestic or social housing settings NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery (preferred) Full UK driving licence (company van and fuel card provided) Ability to pass a DBS check
